Newsletter and Homeowner Directory

The Association will publish a newsletter to keep lot owners informed of BOD decisions, policy changes or additions, and other items of interest to the community. The newsletter will be published and distributed on a sufficient recurring basis to make these notifications in a timely manner. Each homeowner is encouraged to make comments concerning the newsletter, suggest articles, and submit articles to the newsletter. OHHA members are allowed to place advertisements at no charge within the publication if room permits. The editor is listed on the newsletter. The newsletter is mailed to all lot owners and a copy is posted on the clubhouse bulletin board.
A current homeowner directory will be published and distributed along with each edition of the newsletter.
