Reservations are required when you have more than six (6) guests with you in the clubhouse or swimming pool.

Neither the clubhouse nor the pool may be reserved for Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day holidays. The Pool and/or Clubhouse may only be reserved one day out of the weekend on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests, as well as for the cleanup of the area. Any damage to the facility and repair costs are the resident’s responsibility.

Reservation process:

  1. Check the Oak Hollow HOA Events Calendar to see if your date is available.
  2. Download, print, and fill out the reservation form. If you don’t have the ability to download or print the form, forms are available at the clubhouse.
  3. Write two separate checks, one for the reservation and one for the deposit.
  4. Place the reservation form and checks in the clubhouse mailbox.

A reservation will not be confirmed without the completed reservation form and both checks.  Your reservation will be confirmed within a week.

Once confirmed, a notice will be sent to all residents advising them that the clubhouse and/or pool has been reserved for that date.
